Dotti has shown exceptional capabilities as the Oncology Manager. She knows to multi-task, is a problem solver, and has an excellent work ethic. She is a valuable asset running back and forth to 4 different clinics. Implementing policies and troubleshooting. We could not have done it without her and I have told her several times that I can not walk in her shoes. She cares for her employees and is always available....
